Return Eligibility:
- We accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your purchase to obtain a return authorization.
2. Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with the return.
3. Please securely package your item(s) and ship them back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
4. Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the status of your refund.
5. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds may take a few business days to process, depending on your payment provider.

PLEASE NOTE:
- Orders not delivered due to user error (such as entering the wrong address during checkout ) will not be refunded or replaced. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that accurate shipping information is provided at the time of purchase.
